Technical Assistance Ticket

We provide product support, but do not offer vehicle diagnostic assistance. If the original symptoms remain, after installing our module, there is a high likelihood (85–95%) that the issue is elsewhere in the vehicle (wiring, power/ground, sensors, CAN network, etc.).

Proper diagnosis by a qualified technician is recommended before submitting a ticket.

Call-backs are completed Tuesday – Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM (EST).

Please allow 24–72 business hours for our team to review your ticket and respond.

  • If you are experiencing a no-start condition, a Key / Security Relearn is often required —this applies primarily to GM, Ford, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles.
  • Most Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles are not affected.
  • Most modules include a QR-code label linking to relearn / installation instructions.
  • You must scan the QR code with your cellphone camera to access these steps.
  • If your module does not have a QR code, this step does not apply.
